George Davie and Sons Limited is a family owned and run property investment and management company. Being a long standing company we have a strong background in seeking and acquiring property investments. These we add value to and in co-operation with tenants bring a front facing proactive approach to looking after our property interests.

At Director level we have RICS general practice input and this provides the basis for our methodology for acquisition and management.

Although we are in the traditional secondary market, we have a variety of national or local tenants, that have a strong business focus and relevance in the particular market and location. Our investment strategy is for long term asset holding and building strong working relationships with tenants.

We invite and consider introductions to investments across Scotland, which will be reviewed on an individual basis.
